Been playing all morning on small stakes real money poker building a nice pot. Decided to take my $400 into $10 blind table as i was having a good streak - NOT EVER AGAIN! First hand, i have a pair of Jacks! sorted!Everyone checked first round of betting - I already put $10 in to sit in first hand. Flop comes out as 9 - K - 9. Had two pair off the flop, but was slightly worried of the K. I bet $20, double the big blind and knocked all out apart from one....he called. Turn card comes out, a six (doesnt help either of us). Because he called i assumed he either had kk 99, or 3 of a kind of 9's at the most and was slow playing them. I put in a tester amount of $25 dollars in hope that if he raised me i would sniff him out if a cold bluff was due...he called again. River card comes up - a Jack! What a card! Now Jacks full of 9's, beating any 2 pair and 3 of a kind, even if he had K9 he would still be beat with the J J J 9 9! I raise him now $70 Dollars in hope he thinks im trying to bluff and would raise all in - he DID! All in he went with his remaining $350 dollars. This was great! I pushed in my final $250+ with a smile on my face thinking ive just doubled up.......Full house Jacks over 9's for me.... 4 OF A KIND OF 9's FOR HIM!! Never again! :'(
